HYDROTE-C is a waste water treatment plant designed specifically for car workshops.For both individual service and automatic high-pressure washing facilities.

The composition of car wash effluents is characterized by a high concentration of pollutants such as solid materials and petroleum products.

Their concentration in wastewater depends on many factors (type of car, its size, road surface, seasonality, etc.)

Hydro Group offers not only wastewater treatment to the norms defined in the regulations, but also the possibility of water reuse. Water reuse reduces the volume of water used by up to 90%.

Working principle

The technological scheme of wastewater treatment resulting from car washing looks as follows:

(1) – Wastewater is pumped into the unit

(2) Bleaching block

(4) Post-cleaning block

Wastewater is bleached in the 2nd block, where chemical reagents (9,10,11) are delivered in a dosed manner, through a pump, from the chemical department (6,7,8). Before passing from the 2nd block to the 4th block, the water passes through filtration.

In the next stage, the water flows into the purified water separator, where the water is disinfected and cleaned with an air-ozone mixture (14,15) to neutralize unpleasant odors. Purified water flows into the sewer.

The sludge is removed using an airlift (13) and transferred to unit 12, where the sludge is dehydrated to 65%.
