The capabilities of plastic welding technology allow us to produce plastic tanks of any shape and size, as well as weld pipes and fittings of any diameter. When ordering, it is possible to equip the plastic tank with a mixing shaft, partitions and other additional elements necessary for production.
Plastic containers are used:
The volume of the plastic tank varies and ranges from 100 to 10 thousand liters. Thanks to reliable thick walls, all tanks are highly durable, versatile and can be used for storing or transporting water and diesel fuel. For storing almost any bulk and liquid substances.
Plastic tanks are made of polypropylene. Polypropylene is practically non-hygroscopic, chemically resistant to the most aggressive environments, and is used in organic and inorganic concentrated and diluted acids and alkalis. Plastic containers are odorless and do not affect the taste of food products. The quality indicators of the chemicals will also remain unchanged. If necessary, plastic tanks are equipped with fittings, flanges, shut-off and control valves, additional pipes, pumps, and partitions.
Our own production, equipped with modern European equipment and qualified specialists, opens up almost unlimited possibilities in the production of plastic containers. At the same time, custom-made plastic containers can be of any shape (rectangular, square, cylindrical, oval, conical, corner) and almost any volume depending on your desire.
It is worth noting that plastic containers can be manufactured both in production and directly at the customer’s site. Plastic tanks, which can be made in different colors - white, black, blue and gray, have a wide range of applications. The most common area of application is the storage and transportation of bulk and liquid substances, even if they are characterized by an aggressive environment.
Using hot air welding, we get strong and tight seams that will never fall apart or become unusable. If the rules are followed, plastic tanks lose only 2% of their positive properties over 50 years, which is a definite advantage when choosing them.
Plastic containers are widely used in the following areas:
Before ordering, the buyer must clearly determine the dimensions of the product, its thickness and depth. The products can be used at temperatures from -50 C to +60 C. If necessary, short-term heating to +80 C is required. Due to the fact that polyethylene has unique properties, not only water, but also aggressive liquids can be transported and stored in such containers.
